Exchange Policy

One 40 Seven Clothing wants every customer to be happy with their purchase and will do anything we can to ensure this!

Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to do full refunds.

You must have the original or gift receipt with you, for online orders your order confirmation is also your proof of purchase.

Clothing and footwear must be returned in new condition with all tags attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odours. In other words returned in the same condition it was sent to you.

Footwear (and any packaged products) must be shipped back in the original shoe box with the lid, inside of a package. All original product packaging must be intact to qualify for an exchange or store credit.

All items purchased as a sale item (including items purchased during a sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.


Store Credit

With a store credit, you will receive an email containing a gift card code once your return has been processed and accepted. This gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable).

Gift card funds are immediately available once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.

The gift card will be sent to the email on your order.

** Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. These items include earrings and undergarments. **

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end. Exchanges may be subject to an additional shipping fee, paid by the customer.


Defective/Damaged Items

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for refund or exchange.


Defects must be reported before items are worn or washed.
Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for an exchange or refunded.

If you do not contact us about the issue within the 7 days, we will, unfortunately, be unable to help you. Please make sure to inspect your items upon receipt and contact us within this timeline.

Items are best cared for by washing in cold water and hanging/laying flat to dry.
